We cordially invite you to participate in the26th Micromechanics and Microsystems Europe workshop, a well-established and recognized European event in the field of Micromachining, Microengineering and Technology for the realization of micro-sensors and micro-actuators. The MME is specifically of interest to young researchers. Submission of preliminary results is encouraged, and special attention is paid to publication and presentation skills. The conference will be held September 20-23, 2015, in Toledo, Spain.
